I took sessions from Vaishnavi mam. I was suffering from anxiety & depression. I was also suffering from constant negative thoughts. After undergoing CBT sessions with her, it made it more helpful to get rid of all my problems. This holistic therapy made me to get rid of negative thoughts, traumas which were there for years.
